Then click the Checkout button and fill your contact informations. We need this informations to be able to deliver the goods to you. Select desired payment and delviery method and click Place order.
No, you do not need to have an account to place an order. Hoever you can create one during checkout. We reccomend to create an account to be able to save your information, shop quicker and view all your orders.
Sizes among brands may differ. We try to provide you with size charts from all of the brands that we offer, however some of them are not available even at their offial websites. As s base refference, you can use basic sizes S/M/L/XL, or in the case of shoes, use EU sizes. If you are not sure, feel free to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or on our instagram @sikk.store and we will help you pick the correct size. You can always return or exchange the good for the correct size.
There is no minimum or maximum order amount limit. However maximum order amount can be limited if you pay with debit card, depending on your transaction, or spending limit.
Yes. Contact us as soons as possible on email@example.com. If your goods are already on its way, wait for the delivery and then send the goods back to us. For more information visit: Shipping and returns.
This may happen when you pay online via Debit/Credit card and did not finish the payment. Your order will be cancelled in 3 hours, if the online payment is still incomplete. In this case, you will receive an email. You can then order again using different payment method. We use this method to avoid misuse of services and freeing up the product stock, which are held by the incomplete order. At the moment we support payments via Debit/Credit cards (instant online payment), or payment with cash upon delivery by courier.
All prices are displayed with VAT included! You will see the tax amount at the cart and during checkout. VAT rate in SLovakia is 20% (as of 2021).

If the size of the product/products you ordered is wrong, unfitting or the product is damaged, you can replace the product/products for correct size withing 14 days upon delivery.
- Write us an email at email@example.com and describe the issue and include new size you wish to get. Please include your order number to help us speed up the proccess.
- Send the goods back to us: SIKK STORE, Rényska 4191/5, 929 01 Dunajská Streda, Slovakia. Make sure to use proper packing to avoid damage during transport.
- If the selected size is in stock, we will send the goods back to your adress within 1-2 days upon delivery.
- If the selected size is out of stock, we will contact you ASAP with more details and options.
You are also entitled to return the ordered goods and get the money back within 14 days upon delivery. We will send the money via bank transfer.
- Write us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org including your order number. Do not forget to include your bank account number (IBAN), where you want us to send the money.
