What personal data we collect and why we collect it
We do not collect any sensitive personal data, without user’s consent or knowledge.
In case of account registration, or order placement, users are providing only the information included in the registration/order form. Namely:
- First Name and Surname (Required – Required for billing and order delivery)
- Street, Town, Postcode and Country of residence (Billing Address – Required for billing and Order Delivery)
- Phone and e-mail address (required – required to identify and communicate with the customer)
- Delivery address in the range: City, postcode, country (optional – if delivery adress differs from billing address)
Newsletter subscription is voluntary and is conditioned by filling the subscription form or by clicking on subscribe button during order completion. These steps are not required to finish order. In case of newsletter subscription, we store these data:
- E-mail adress
- IP adress
If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

The only case of us sharing your personal data with a third party is, when you order goods from our online store. Your personal data (to the extent specified in the order form) will be provided to postal service to ensure succesfull delivery of purchased goods.
How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment or review, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information, only if necessary. User accounts, that will be inactive for more than 6 consecutive months (no login activity) will be deleted from our database, thus removing all personal data (if any) attached to the account.
If your purchase goods from our online store, your data (to the extent specified in the order form) will be stored up to 18 months since the day of purchase, to ensure proper fulfillment of the order and for accounting purposes.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, or placed order without registration, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

How we protect your data
Our website use secure SSL connection, which means that the communication between your browser and our server is always encrypted, and your data are protected. URL in your browser will always starts with https:// while you browse our website. Our database use secure credentials, and all sensitive information (i.e. passwords) are encrypted with cryptographically secure algorithms. We use secure and trusted hosting provider, whose physical servers are located in state-of-the-art data center. Physical access to these servers by unauthorized personnel is not possible.
What data breach procedures we have in place
In case of potential data breach, our main goal is to notify all owners of breached data, as soon as 48 hours after breach is discovered. We will prompt all users to change their passwords, we change all database, access and administrator passwords and immediately start to investigate source and cause of the data leak and patch any discovered security holes that may have caused the leak.
